Brand new Tapas style Restaurant/Late Bar in the heart of Dalkey village was always going to be a welcome addition. Dalkey has been crying out for something like this and with competitively priced booze being served till the wee hours The Dispensary’s arrival is something of a god send for those who are jaded with the same ol same ol watering holes. No offence Finnegans! The menu is reasonably priced with hearty portions and a stonkingly good wine list, all available by the glass. The deep fried Courgettes, the Garlic Prawns, Goat Cheese & Beetroot Salad are but a few highlights. The Chicken Chorizo is also a winner. Washed down with some ripe and juicy Malbec there was just enough room to cram in some cheese which had to be shared there was so much.
